What’s Kids UP?
Kids UP is an innovative English school offering a unique immersive experience for children. With approximately seven hours per day dedicated to studying English, engaging in sports, crafts, and various activities, children thrive in our English immersion environment. They not only find enjoyment but also achieve a sense of accomplishment by reaching their goals. At Kids UP, we are committed to fostering a child’s potential with the support of experienced professionals, aiming to make a positive impact on society. Since our establishment in May 2016, we have successfully opened 32 schools and will be launching 2 more schools by the end of 2023. Within the next 5 years, we plan to open 50 new schools. The Kids UP teaching method has gained significant popularity, resulting in rapid expansion. On average, each school attracts 100 students during the opening month.

Kids UP has will have 34 schools open by the end of 2023 with all locations in central Tokyo. We offer a competitive monthly salary, bonuses and health insurance, along with opportunities for career advancement. We are actively seeking native English teachers as well as bilingual teachers that are interested in living in Japan for at least one year. We offer visa sponsorship and support throughout the initial process as well as continued support.

Teachers!
Teacher Ale
I'm Alessandra, but everyone calls me Ale (not beer, lol).
Originally from Peru, I studied art, yet my real passions lie
in playing with hair and makeup, and indulging in manga.
I adore Japanese culture, and learning the language was a
natural step, encouraged by my mom. Two high school trips to
Japan solidified my dream of calling it my home someday.
Language learning genuinely intrigues me, and KidsUp offers
the ideal space for fun and creativity. As a teacher, I've
grown alongside my students, fostering a fulfilling journey of
language and cultural exploration.
Teacher Daniel
I'm Daniel, (known as Dani-Chan by the Japenese staff!)
Originally from beautiful Colorado, USA, I graduated from
Colorado State University. Outside of work, you'll catch me
staying active, playing games, hitting the beach, and
exploring new places.
Joining this company has been an incredible experience. I love
immersing myself in diverse cultures firsthand. Here, we
support personal growth, actively engage in children's
education, and connect with people from all over the world.
Teacher Kaho
Hey there, I'm Kaho! Originally from Kanagawa, Japan, I
studied International Communication at university. When I'm
not at work, you'll find me hiking and embracing the great
outdoors.
KidsUP became my chosen workplace because I wanted to immerse
myself in a global environment and utilize my English skills.
Above all, I find immense joy in sharing happiness with kids
and being a positive influence in their lives. Joining this
team has been a fulfilling experience, where personal growth
and cultural exchange go hand in hand. Let's make a difference

Teacher Hayate
Greetings, I'm Hayate! Originally from Japan, I've lived
overseas for a significant part of my life, spending 9 years
in Australia and 2 years in America.
At university, I pursued personal training as my field of
study. My true passions, however, revolve around sports and
anything active.
KidsUP provided the perfect opportunity for me to combine my
overseas experience and English skills to teach and inspire
children in learning English. Witnessing their growth and
enthusiasm fills my heart with joy and fulfillment. Join me on

of learning and growth in these young minds!
